Casey P. O´Brien received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Walsh University in 1997, and obtained a JD Degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2000. Mr. O´Brien joined Petersen & Ibold upon his admission to the practice of law in 2000.
Mr. O´Brien is a member of the Ashtabula, Geauga County, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, along with The Association Of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. O'Brien is a part time Magistrate in the Chardon Municipal Court and Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General.
Mr. O´Brien practices in the areas of general litigation, criminal and juvenile law, family law, personal injury, real estate, business law, estate planning, collection, school law, landlord/tenant, and employee disputes.
